Brazilian app is looking for people with communication skills and affinity with the dating market 

SANTA CATARINA, BRAZIL. 30th April, 2024 - Ysos, a dating app for non-monogamous and open-minded individuals, is offering job positions in the USA and makes some rather curious, yet sensible, demands: applicants should have an affinity for or be familiar with the non-monogamy, open relationship lifestyle and not hold prejudice against different lifestyles. 

The app emerged in Brazil in 2019 and is successful among couples and single people who are adept to open relationships, are non-monogamous, fetishists, and all those who feel comfortable exploring a world of possibilities. The expansion of the Brazilian dating app Ysos in the United States has surprised even the company itself; they advanced plans and now seek communication professionals to work in America. 

In Brazil, Ysos has over 2 million registrations and is renowned for its commitment to providing a safe and judgment-free environment. This is a place where individuals can freely exchange experiences, flirt with messages, and arrange meetings. The majority, 51%, are seeking couples, 27% are looking for single women, and the remaining 24% are searching for single male profiles. Currently, there are over 10 million combinations between profiles and more than 240 million messages exchanged within the app. 

According to Mayumi, hiring professionals to work in North American territory comes at a time when the app is growing exponentially in the country. Mayumi also emphasizes the importance of understanding and respecting the community, and the need for professionals who are familiar with the audience seeking casual encounters. "We want to find professionals who understand and respect our community, with communication and social media skills," she says. 

The job description also includes proficiency in social media management and analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends. "However, more than the ability to create persuasive written content, we are looking for people who can insert the brand into events and parties in the U.S. adult universe; and that's why it's so important to build a team that already has some familiarity with this lifestyle,” explains Mayumi.
